I regularly devour popcorn by the handful/shovelful (shovel hands!), so I’m a wee bit enthusiastic about making popcorn seasonings. Can I be a professional popcorn seasoning taste-tester when I grow up?
This is what we have going on in Julie’s Kitchen today:
Pulverized Sriracha powder + nutritional yeast
Pulverized white miso powder + furikake + shichimi togarashi
