Very nice knife! I’ve always wanted one of those damascus blade knives! I’m just a giant materials nerd at heart and studying the manufacturing process for those things makes me so happy… Hahaha…
Wow. Your knife is so pretty. It looks really expensive, no wonder you can cut your shallots so thin. Here in Hawaii we just call them green onions. LOL.
