Roasted Leek Manicotti with (or w/o) Veal Ragu

Can one meal truly satisfy the appetite of both carnivores and herbivores? Can these opposite eaters reach a gastronomic harmony? The politics of food! With nearly a quarter of my friends being vegetarian, planning a meal together requires a bit more forethought. Gotta make sure everyone gets fed and by fed I mean moving to the next belt notch, food baby, gonna roll out the door stuffed. Here's a menu sure to satisfy any palette:

Roasted Brussels Sprouts
: Nutty and delicious, this would be a side dish suitable for any eater
Baked Leek Manicotti: Everybody loves pasta and who could say no to a creamy leek filling. I bet Singing Horse could make a killer vegan one with tofu.
Veal Ragu: Meat eaters only!!!

Recipes coming soon. I must rush off to cubicle life for now. Damn that Websense – I actually have to do work at work.

I’m not a big veal fan but the baked leak manicotti sounds delicious.

[das ist gut] You mean your not a proffesional chef?  You work in a cubicle like I do?  I think you should change careers.
