Hi Reesie… Thank you. I made these out of leftover roasted veggies and some sprouted purple barley. Sorry for lagging on the post… ever since they started blocking blogs at my work it’s become harder to find time to blog.. sigh!

[this is good] yum, that looks great. i love barley (though i have never had purple barley) and roasted veggies, so it must taste as good as it looks
